3.1 الانضمام والصلاحيات / Onboarding and authority
يقر ممثل الفندق بصلاحيته لإبرام الاتفاقية ويقدم الاسم القانوني والترخيص والعنوان والبيانات الضريبية والبنكية وبيانات المفوض. يخضع التفعيل للتحقق والموافقة. تبقى مسؤولية التراخيص وسلامة المنشأة والموظفين وتقديم الإقامة على الفندق. موافقة المنصة ليست تصنيفًا رسميًا أو ضمانًا للجودة.
The hotel representative confirms authority to enter this agreement and supplies its legal name, licence, address, tax and bank details and authorized contact. Activation requires verification and approval. The hotel is responsible for licences, premises safety, staff and accommodation. Platform approval is not an official classification or quality guarantee.
3.2 العروض والمخزون والاستقبال / Offers, inventory and reception
يلتزم الفندق بصحة الصور والوصف والتصنيف والموقع والأسعار والضرائب وخيارات الغرف. يملك حقوق نشر الصور ويمنح المنصة ترخيصًا غير حصري لعرضها وتسويق عروضه أثناء الشراكة. يحدّث المخزون يدويًا أو بضبط آلي يتحمل مسؤوليته، ويضمن عدم بيع الغرفة نفسها مرتين. تفعيل العرض يعني وجود غرفة جاهزة وآلية استقبال فورية بعد منتصف الليل. يجب توفير جهة اتصال تشغيلية متاحة طوال فترة الحجز ووصول الضيوف.
The hotel is responsible for accurate images, descriptions, classifications, location, prices, taxes and room options. It holds image rights and grants a non-exclusive licence to display and promote its offers during the partnership. It manages manual or automatic inventory and prevents double-selling. Activating an offer means a room is ready and immediate overnight check-in is available. An operational contact must remain available during sales and guest arrivals.
3.3 الحجوزات المؤكدة والإخفاق / Confirmed bookings and failure
يلتزم الفندق بالحجز المؤكد وسعره، ولا يطلب إعادة دفع مبلغ سبق تحصيله أو يلغيه للحصول على سعر أعلى. إيقاف العرض أو إنهاء الشراكة لا يلغي الحجوزات القائمة. عند الإخفاق يخطر المنصة فورًا ويتعاون لتوفير بديل أو استرداد وفق شروط الضيوف. تُحدد مسؤولية الفندق عن التكاليف المثبتة الناشئة عن إخلاله، وآلية الاعتراض، في الجدول التجاري؛ لا يُخصم مبلغ متنازع عليه دون إشعار وتفاصيل وإجراء مراجعة، ما لم يقتض القانون غير ذلك.
The hotel honours confirmed reservations and prices, does not demand duplicate payment and does not cancel to obtain a higher rate. Pausing an offer or ending the partnership does not cancel existing bookings. On failure, it immediately notifies the platform and cooperates on alternative accommodation or refund under the guest terms. Liability for evidenced costs arising from hotel breach and the dispute procedure are specified in the commercial schedule. Disputed deductions require notice, details and review unless law requires otherwise.
3.4 الرسوم والتسويات / Fees and settlement
لا تُستنتج الرسوم من أرقام النسخة التجريبية. يحدد جدول تجاري مقبول من الطرفين: الاشتراك إن وجد، العمولة وأساس حسابها، الضرائب، رسوم الدفع، معالجة الاستردادات والاعتراضات البنكية، العملة وسعر التحويل، دورة التحويل والحد الأدنى وأي احتياطي ومدته وآلية الإفراج عنه. يحدد الجدول ما إذا كانت الشركة وكيل تحصيل للفندق وبأي صلاحية، بما يطابق عقد مزود الدفع.
Fees are not inferred from demo figures. A mutually accepted commercial schedule sets any subscription, commission and calculation basis, taxes, processing fees, treatment of refunds and chargebacks, currency and conversion, payout cycle, minimum payout and any reserve, duration and release process. It specifies whether and how the operator acts as the hotel’s collection agent, consistently with the payment-provider contract.
يُتاح كشف يومي بعد إغلاق الحجوزات الساعة 07:00 بتوقيت الفندق، ويرسل إلى جهة الاتصال المعتمدة عند تفعيل الإرسال. الكشف ليس إثبات تحويل بنكي. تظهر التصحيحات والاستردادات اللاحقة بوضوح. الفندق مسؤول عن مستندات الإقامة والضرائب الخاصة به، والشركة عن مستندات رسومها، وفق النموذج المحاسبي المعتمد. A daily statement is made available after the hotel-local 07:00 cutoff and sent to the designated contact when delivery is enabled. It is not evidence of bank payout. Later corrections and refunds are clearly recorded. The hotel handles accommodation/tax documentation and the operator its own fee documentation under the approved accounting model. 3.5 البيانات والأمن / Data and security
يستخدم الفندق بيانات الضيوف لتنفيذ الحجز والالتزامات القانونية، ولا يضيفهم إلى حملات تسويقية دون أساس قانوني مناسب. يقيّد الوصول بالموظفين المخولين ويخطر الشركة سريعًا بأي واقعة أمنية مرتبطة ببيانات المنصة. تُحدد أدوار الطرفين في حماية البيانات واتفاقيات المعالجة أو المشاركة حسب الواقع والقانون؛ لا تفترض هذه الاتفاقية أن الفندق مجرد معالج بيانات.
The hotel uses guest information for fulfilment and legal obligations and does not add guests to marketing campaigns without an appropriate legal basis. Access is limited to authorized staff; platform-related security incidents are promptly reported to the operator. Controller, processor and sharing roles are documented according to actual activities and law; the hotel is not automatically treated as merely a processor.
3.6 التعليق والإنهاء والنزاع / Suspension, termination and disputes
يجوز تعليق عروض الفندق عند مخاطر أمنية أو انتهاء الترخيص أو معلومات مضللة أو إخفاق متكرر، مع بيان السبب وإتاحة الرد حيثما أمكن. تُحدد مهلة الإنهاء العادي وإجراءات استئناف التفعيل في الجدول التجاري. تبقى الحجوزات والمستحقات والاستردادات والالتزامات القانونية السابقة واجبة التسوية. يُستكمل القانون والمحكمة المختصة وتسلسل الوثائق بعد مراجعة الاتفاقية في قطر ودولة الفندق.
Listings may be suspended for security risks, expired licences, misleading information or repeated failures, with reasons and a chance to respond where practicable. The commercial schedule sets ordinary termination notice and reinstatement procedures. Existing bookings, balances, refunds and accrued legal obligations remain to be settled. Governing law, jurisdiction and document precedence are finalized following review in Qatar and the hotel country.
