Master International in Qatar is developing HotelDnB, a platform for booking available rooms after midnight, initially planned for Qatar and Jordan. We invite your hotel to review the model and discuss potential participation.
النموذج المقترح / Proposed model
- يعرض الفندق ما يختاره من غرف متاحة، ويحدد الأسعار والمخزون، دون حصرية أو حد أدنى مضمون للحجوزات. / The hotel chooses available rooms, prices and inventory, with no exclusivity or guaranteed minimum bookings.
- نافذة البيع من 00:01 إلى ما قبل 07:00 بتوقيت الفندق، للدخول الفوري والخروج 10:00 من اليوم المحلي نفسه. مدة الانتفاع الفعلية تتأثر بوقت الوصول؛ لا يُعلن عن ثلاث ساعات إقامة مضمونة لمن يحجز قبل السابعة مباشرة. / Sales run from 00:01 until before 07:00 hotel-local time, for immediate check-in and checkout at 10:00 on that same local day. Actual use depends on arrival time; a booking just before 07:00 does not guarantee three hours in the room.
- النموذج المخطط دفع مسبق، مع شروط عدم استرداد للإلغاء الاختياري أو عدم الحضور، واستثناءات لتعذر تقديم الإقامة والحقوق القانونية. / Planned bookings are prepaid, with non-refundable voluntary cancellation/no-show terms, subject to non-delivery remedies and statutory rights.
- تُناقش الرسوم ودورة التسوية ومتطلبات الاستقبال بصورة منفصلة وتثبت في الاتفاق النهائي. / Fees, payout cycle and reception requirements are discussed separately and recorded in the final agreement.
طبيعة الموافقة / Nature of interest
إبداء الاهتمام ليس عقد شراكة أو وكالة أو اشتراك، ولا تفويضًا بالتحصيل أو بنشر الفندق للحجز العام، ولا قبولًا لشروط تشغيل ملزمة. لا تُستحق رسوم في هذه المرحلة ولا يوجد تجديد تلقائي أو التزام بتخصيص غرف. يجوز لأي طرف عدم الاستمرار دون غرامة تعاقدية أو رسوم بموجب إبداء الاهتمام، مع عدم المساس بالمسؤوليات التي يقررها القانون. لا تُستخدم صور الفندق أو شعاره أو اسمه كشريك معلن دون إذن منفصل. يتم التشغيل فقط بعد الاتفاق على الشروط التجارية، واستكمال المراجعة المحلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية، وتوقيع الاتفاقية النهائية.
An expression of interest is not a partnership, agency or subscription contract, collection authority, permission to list the hotel for public booking, or acceptance of binding operating terms. No fee, automatic renewal or room-allocation commitment arises at this stage. Either party may decline to proceed without contractual penalty or fees under the expression of interest, without prejudice to liabilities imposed by law. Hotel images, logo or name will not be used as an announced partner without separate permission. Operation follows agreement on commercial terms, local review and regulatory requirements, and execution of the final agreement.

«نبدي اهتمامًا مبدئيًا غير ملزم بمناقشة انضمام فندقنا إلى HotelDnB، ونرغب في استلام عرض توضيحي والشروط التجارية المقترحة. نفهم أن التشغيل والتحصيل يتطلبان اتفاقية نهائية مستقلة.»
“We express non-binding preliminary interest in discussing our hotel’s participation in HotelDnB and wish to receive a demonstration and proposed commercial terms. We understand that operation and collection require a separate final agreement.”
البيانات المطلوبة للرد: اسم الفندق، الدولة والمدينة، اسم ممثل الفندق وصفته، بريد عمل أو رقم تواصل مهني، ملاحظات اختيارية حول الاستقبال الليلي. لا نطلب في هذه المرحلة بيانات نزلاء أو بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية أو نسخ هويات.
Reply details: hotel name, country/city, representative’s name and role, work email or business phone, and optional overnight-reception comments. Guest information, cards, bank-account details and ID copies are not requested at this stage.

تستخدم Master International بيانات الرد لتقييم إمكانية المشاركة والتواصل حول هذه المناقشة فقط، ولا تضيف جهة الاتصال تلقائيًا إلى قوائم تسويق عامة. يمكن طلب التصحيح أو وقف المتابعة أو حذف بيانات التواصل بالرد عبر قناة المراسلة نفسها، مع مراعاة ما يلزم حفظه قانونًا. تبقى معالجة الرد خاضعة للقانون حتى لو كان إبداء الاهتمام غير ملزم. قبل إنشاء نموذج عام، تستكمل الشركة هويتها القانونية ووسيلة الخصوصية ومزودي المعالجة والدول ومدة الحفظ الفعلية؛ لا يكفي نسخ هذا النص كسياسة خصوصية نهائية للنموذج.
Master International uses reply details to assess participation and communicate about this discussion only, without automatically enrolling contacts in general marketing lists. Correction, no further follow-up or deletion can be requested through the same correspondence channel, subject to legally required retention. Reply handling remains subject to law even though interest is non-binding. Before publishing a public form, the operator must complete its legal identity, privacy contact, processing providers/countries and actual retention period; this text alone is not a finalized form privacy notice.
