4.1 البيانات والأغراض / Data and purposes

تتعامل الشركة، بحسب الوظائف المستخدمة، مع بيانات الاسم والتواصل والحجز والفندق والغرفة والمبلغ وحالة الدفع والمراسلات، وبيانات الحساب الاختياري وبيانات تقنية وأمنية لازمة. تُستخدم لتنفيذ الحجز والدعم ومنع الاحتيال والمحاسبة والالتزامات القانونية. توثّق الأسس القانونية المناسبة لكل غرض قبل النشر، بما في ذلك الموافقة حيث تُطلب؛ قبول الشروط ليس موافقة عامة على جميع الاستخدامات.

Depending on the features used, the operator handles names, contact information, reservation/hotel/room details, amounts, payment status, communications, optional-account data and necessary technical/security data. Purposes include fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Appropriate legal bases are documented for each purpose before publication, including consent where required; acceptance of terms is not blanket consent for every use.

4.2 الدفع والموقع والهوية / Payment, location and ID

Card-data handling is finalized after the payment provider and integration are selected; this draft makes no unverified security-certification or storage claims. “Near me” is optional and permission-based; whether coordinates remain in the browser or reach the server is verified before publication. 4.3 المشاركة والنقل الدولي / Sharing and international transfers

تُشارك البيانات اللازمة مع الفندق المختار ومزودي الدفع والاستضافة والإرسال والدعم المخولين، ومع الجهات المختصة عند وجود مقتضى قانوني. تُحدد أسماء/فئات المزودين ودول المعالجة والضمانات وأي متطلبات نقل دولي قبل التشغيل. لا يُعامل التوسع الإقليمي أو قبول سياسة الخصوصية كترخيص غير محدود لنقل البيانات.

Necessary information is shared with the selected hotel, authorized payment, hosting, messaging and support providers, and authorities where legally required. Provider names/categories, processing countries, safeguards and any cross-border requirements are established before operation. Regional expansion or acknowledgment of this notice is not unlimited authorization for data transfers.

4.4 الاحتفاظ والحقوق / Retention and rights

تُحدد مدد الاحتفاظ بالحجوزات والمدفوعات والشكاوى والحسابات والسجلات التقنية وفق الغرض والمتطلبات القانونية، ثم تُحذف البيانات أو تُجهّل عند انتهاء الحاجة ما لم يوجد التزام أو نزاع يقتضي حفظها. [يُستكمل جدول المدد قبل النشر]. يمكن التواصل مع جهة الخصوصية لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو الاعتراض أو سحب الموافقة وغيرها من الحقوق التي يقررها القانون. قد يلزم التحقق من الهوية؛ سحب الموافقة لا يُبطل المعالجة السابقة المشروعة ولا يزيل واجبات الحفظ القانونية. تُحدد جهة الشكوى التنظيمية الملائمة لكل دولة في ملحقها.

Retention periods for bookings, payments, complaints, accounts and technical logs are set according to purpose and legal requirements, followed by deletion or anonymization unless a legal duty or dispute requires preservation.
