2.1 طبيعة الخدمة والأطراف / Service and parties
تتيح HotelDnB حجز غرف متاحة للإقامة القصيرة بعد منتصف الليل. تدير Master International خدمات المنصة والحجز والدعم، ويتولى الفندق المحدد في تأكيد الحجز تقديم الإقامة. تبقى الشركة مسؤولة عن التزاماتها وأخطائها، والفندق مسؤولًا عن التزاماته وخدماته؛ ولا تلغي هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يسمح القانون باستبعادها. يوضح ملخص الدفع الجهة التي تحصّل المبلغ والجهة التي تصدر مستند الإقامة أو الفاتورة.
HotelDnB enables bookings of available rooms for short stays after midnight. Master International operates the platform, booking and support services; the hotel named in the confirmation provides accommodation. Each remains responsible for its own obligations and failures, and no legally non-excludable liability is waived. Checkout identifies the entity collecting payment and the issuer of the accommodation document or invoice.
2.2 الأهلية وبيانات الحجز / Eligibility and booking details
يجب أن يكون الحاجز أهلًا قانونًا للتعاقد وأن يستوفي متطلبات العمر والهوية والإقامة المعلنة للفندق. يقدم الضيف بيانات صحيحة وعدد النزلاء الفعلي، ويستخدم وسيلة دفع مأذونًا له بها. تُعرض شروط الأطفال والإشغال والهوية وأي متطلبات خاصة قبل الدفع. إنشاء حساب اختياري ولا يشترط لإتمام الحجز.
The booker must have legal capacity and meet the hotel’s disclosed age, identification and admission requirements. Guests must provide accurate details and occupancy and use an authorized payment method. Child, occupancy, ID and any special requirements are shown before payment. Creating an account is optional.
2.3 الوقت ومدة الإقامة / Time and stay duration
تُقبل الحجوزات من الساعة 00:01 وحتى ما قبل 07:00 بالتوقيت المحلي للفندق، وفق التوفر. يكون الدخول فور تأكيد الحجز والوصول، والخروج الساعة 10:00 صباحًا من التاريخ المحلي نفسه. الحجز ليس إقامة لمدة 24 ساعة ولا يمتد تلقائيًا إلى اليوم التالي. التأخر في الوصول لا يمدد وقت الخروج. تظهر تواريخ وأوقات الدخول والخروج صراحة قبل الدفع وفي التأكيد.
Bookings are accepted from 00:01 until, but excluding, 07:00 in the hotel’s local time, subject to availability. Check-in is immediate upon confirmation and arrival; checkout is at 10:00 that same local calendar date. This is not a 24-hour stay and does not automatically extend to the next day. Late arrival does not extend checkout. Exact dates and times appear before payment and in the confirmation.
إغلاق البيع الساعة 07:00 لا يلغي حجزًا مؤكدًا. أي مهلة وصول أو إجراء لعدم الحضور يجب إظهاره قبل الدفع؛ لا يجوز تطبيق مهلة غير معلنة تؤدي إلى إعادة بيع الغرفة المؤكدة.
The 07:00 sales cutoff does not cancel a confirmed booking. Any arrival deadline or no-show procedure must be disclosed before payment; an undisclosed deadline cannot be used to resell a confirmed room.
2.4 الأسعار والدفع والتأكيد / Price, payment and confirmation
يظهر السعر الإجمالي والعملة والضرائب والرسوم الإلزامية قبل الدفع. تُوضح أي تأمينات مستردة أو خدمات اختيارية تُدفع في الفندق مسبقًا. يدفع الضيف كامل مبلغ الحجز عند إتمامه. يتم التأكيد بعد نجاح الدفع وتخصيص الغرفة وإصدار رقم الحجز. خصم أو حجز مبلغ على البطاقة دون تأكيد لا يُعد تأكيدًا للإقامة؛ تتولى المنصة التحقق وتسوية الخصم أو إلغاء التفويض عند فشل الحجز. قد يفرض بنك الضيف رسوم تحويل عملة مستقلة. بالنسبة لخدمة الفندق في قطر، تُراعى متطلبات الفاتورة بالعربية والسعر بالريال وفق انطباق القانون ولائحته؛ لا يغني عرض عملة أخرى أو إيصال الدفع عن المستند المطلوب قانونًا.
The total, currency, taxes and mandatory fees are displayed before payment. Refundable deposits and optional services payable at the hotel are disclosed in advance. Full booking payment is due at checkout. Confirmation follows successful payment, room allocation and issue of a booking reference. A card debit or authorization without confirmation does not confirm accommodation; the platform investigates and reverses an unsuccessful charge or releases the authorization as appropriate. The guest’s bank may apply separate currency-conversion fees. Qatar hotel-service documentation must meet applicable Arabic-invoice and QAR-price requirements; another display currency or a payment receipt does not replace legally required documentation.
2.5 الإلغاء وعدم الحضور / Cancellation and no-show
الحجوزات المؤكدة غير قابلة للإلغاء الاختياري أو التعديل، والمبلغ غير مسترد عند تغيير رأي الضيف أو عدم الحضور أو المغادرة المبكرة، إلا إذا وافق الفندق والمنصة على استثناء أو أوجب القانون خلاف ذلك. أي تمديد أو تغيير معتمد يُؤكد كتابيًا مع تكلفته قبل تحصيل مبلغ إضافي.
Confirmed bookings do not permit voluntary cancellation or amendment. Change of mind, no-show and early departure are non-refundable unless the hotel and platform approve an exception or applicable law requires otherwise. Any approved change or extension is confirmed in writing with its cost before additional payment.
2.6 الاستثناءات والاسترداد / Exceptions and refunds
إذا تعذر توفير الغرفة المؤكدة بسبب الفندق أو المنصة، يُعرض بديل مناسب بموافقة الضيف دون زيادة عليه، أو يُرد كامل مبلغ الحجز المدفوع للمنصة بما فيه رسوم الخدمة المرتبطة به. لا يُفرض رصيد محفظة بدل الاسترداد دون موافقة الضيف. تُرد المبالغ المكررة أو المحصلة عن حجز فاشل بعد التحقق. الحقوق المتعلقة بالخدمة المعيبة أو غير المطابقة تخضع للوقائع والقانون المعمول به ولا تُستبعد بسياسة عدم الاسترداد. لا يتطلب استلام مبلغ الاسترداد التنازل عن حقوق قانونية أخرى.
If the confirmed room cannot be provided because of the hotel or platform, the guest is offered a suitable alternative at no additional cost with their agreement, or a full refund of the booking amount paid to the platform, including its associated service fees. Wallet credit is not imposed instead of a refund without agreement. Verified duplicate charges and failed-booking charges are refunded. Remedies for defective or materially misdescribed services depend on the facts and applicable law and are not excluded by the non-refundable policy. Receiving a refund does not require waiving other statutory rights.
يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى أمكن. تُرسل حالة طلب الاسترداد وتاريخ تنفيذه؛ يعتمد وقت ظهوره على مزود الدفع والبنك. [تُحدد مهلة المعالجة الداخلية والمدة التقديرية قبل النشر]. القوة القاهرة لا تعني مصادرة تلقائية لمبلغ خدمة لم تُقدّم؛ تُدرس المعالجة وفق القانون والظروف.
Refunds go to the original payment method where possible. The guest receives the refund status and execution date; posting time depends on the payment provider and bank. [Set internal processing deadline and estimated posting time before publication.] Force majeure does not automatically justify retaining payment for an undelivered service; remedies depend on applicable law and circumstances.
2.7 الإقامة والشكاوى / Stay and complaints
يلتزم الضيف بقواعد الفندق المعلنة والسلوك الآمن. لا تفرض المنصة غرامة تلف أو مبلغًا إضافيًا غير موثق؛ يخضع أي مطالبة للإثبات والاعتراض والقانون. عند وجود مشكلة، يتواصل الضيف مع الفندق ودعم المنصة فورًا متى أمكن، مع رقم الحجز ووصف المشكلة. يُستحسن الإبلاغ أثناء الإقامة لإتاحة المعالجة، دون إسقاط الحقوق القانونية بسبب التأخر. Guests must follow disclosed hotel rules and behave safely. The platform does not impose undocumented damage charges or extras; claims require evidence and an opportunity to dispute them, subject to law. Report problems to the hotel and platform support promptly where practicable with the reference and details. Reporting during the stay helps resolution but delayed reporting does not waive statutory rights. [Complete overnight support channel and response target.]
2.8 القانون والتغييرات / Law and changes
اقتراح للمراجعة: تخضع علاقة خدمات المنصة بالقانون القطري، مع الحفاظ على القواعد الإلزامية وحقوق المستهلك وسبل التقاضي التي تنطبق في دولة الفندق أو غيرها. يُستكمل بند المحكمة المختصة بعد المراجعة المحلية دون تقييد الحقوق الإلزامية. لا تطبق تغييرات الشروط بأثر رجعي على الحجوزات المؤكدة. تتاح العربية والإنجليزية؛ يُعالج أي تعارض وفق النص المتفق عليه والمتطلبات القانونية، دون افتراض أولوية لغة قبل المراجعة.
Proposed for review: Qatar law governs platform services, without displacing mandatory rules, consumer rights or available forums applicable in the hotel’s country or elsewhere. The competent-court clause must be finalized through local review without restricting mandatory rights. Changes do not apply retrospectively to confirmed bookings. Arabic and English versions are provided; discrepancies are resolved under the agreed wording and legal requirements, with no language precedence assumed before review.
